Summary

Come join us at Corporate HQ for Summer 2024! Our Strategic Sales Internship offers students hands-on, real-world experience within the company over an 10 - 12 week period.  Come experience an inside look in the world of Sales, CPG and Food Production.

What You Will Learn & Main Responsibilities

As a member of our Summer Strategic Sales Internship program, you’ll be responsible for high-impact work in the following business areas:

  • Account Management
  • Sale Planning
  • Category Management
  • Cross-functional Partnerships
  • Building Superior Customer (Retailer) Relationships
  • Shopper Marketing

Other areas may include but are not limited to: Sales, Marketing, Operations and Logistics.

Minimum Education

  • Must be a rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior currently pursuing a Bachelors degree at an accredited university in a relevant field of study. Sales, Marketing, Business, Food Marketing, or other related majors preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA or higher

Experience Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software.
  • Ability to work on a team and independently.
  • Possess strong analytical, communication and time management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills

Experience Preferred

  • 3.25 GPA or higher is highly preferred
  • Strongly prefer a rising Junior or Senior who has completed at least 2 college-level sales/marketing courses

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

  • Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
  • May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
  • May need to access files, supplies and equipment. 
  • Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
