Summary
The Customer Service Rep is responsible for coordinating between sales, clients, operations, and logistics to ensure that the blending facility production schedule and sales demands to clients are met, utilizing resources most cost-effectively.
This position has a target wage of $20.80- $31.20 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Overtime may be available.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate between sales, clients, blending facility operations, and logistics to facilitate client needs
- Responsible for system entries - contracts, orders, bill of ladings, and production product-to-product transfers
- Communicate shipment schedule details to facilities, transportation, and clients
- Coordinate with operations & logistics on any schedule change requests received, and communicate available options to clients
- Work with sales and clients to troubleshoot and resolve accounts receivable issues with settlements
- Audit and perform contract and Agtech system maintenance regarding open balances, closing balances, rolls & closing orders. Validate after-the-fact non-freight accruals on tickets in Agtech
Minimum Education
- High School Diploma OR GED - Required
- BS Degree - AgriBusiness or Transportation - Preferred
Experience Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of previous Customer Service or Logistics experience in a similar industry or field
Experience Preferred
- 5+ years of previous experience in Customer Service or Logistics
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. Able to communicate on the telephone and use standard office equipment. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. May need to access files, supplies or equipment. Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
