Summary
The Learning Operations Administrator is responsible for the operational support of the Perdue Learning Center and the administration of training and development programs. The Learning Operations Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Perdue Learning Center, the organization and scheduling of the training and team calendars, administrative support, and basic support of the learning management system. Approximately 30%-40% of the role will initially be spent in LMS Administration and Support. The position reports to the VP of Talent and Learning, follows direction of the Director of Learning Technology and interacts with the full talent and learning team.
This position has a target wage of $24.00 - $36.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Overtime may be available.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the Perdue Learning Center and be the customer facing representative for the facility and scheduling, including:
- Reservations
- Room Configuration
- On Site contact and general support to visitors
- Facility landlord liaison
- Order Supplies
- Ensure operation and maintenance of Office Equipment
Provide Administrative support to the talent and learning team:
- Arrange Travel
- Submit and reconcile Expense Reports
- Prepare Summary reports and data
- Develop Presentations, Power point decks and job aids
- Participate in Meeting Preparation
- Provide Course administrative support to assist in the execution of the learning programs
- Process invoices
- Coordinate the Calendar for team and courses
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Reply to learner and/or training requests
Administer the GED, Tuition Reimbursement and Service Awards programs:
- Track and monitor tuition reimbursement and send requests to payroll. Monitor participant progress
- Manage the Service Awards including monthly service pins administration (Ordering, letters, and mailings)
- Monitor budget and enrollment of GED programs
Provide support for the Learning Management System (LMS) usage and operations:
- Collaborate with the business to address learning needs
- Identify opportunities for process and quality improvements
- Analyze data to recommend solutions for training delivery and performance measurement
- Ensure system updates are communicated and supported
LMS User Support:
- Update user structures, including creating user groups and learning cohorts
- Manage course enrollment and facilitate progress tracking
Course Management and Analytics:
- Publish and archive online and blended learning solutions
- Assign training curricula and manage course resources
- Work with departments to manage and populate the course asset library
- Utilize LMS analytics to track user engagement, course completion rates, and learning outcomes
- Generate reports to improve decision-making and learning programs
- Monitor progress towards training objectives and communicate updates to stakeholders
Minimum Education
Associates degree or equivalent experience is required.
Experience Requirements
- Proven learning administration experience (2+ years)
- Proficient in MS Office with some experience/track record in Learning Management Systems and Learning Analytics
- Knowledge of office management procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. May need to access files, supplies and equipment. When in a plant environment: Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces. May be exposed to temperatures of 28 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100% humidity. May handle product 25 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db. to 110 db. May be exposed to all chemicals used in poultry, food, processing facility. Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company. May need to climb ladders.
