Summary
The maintenance supervisor will lead a team of mechanics who diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
The salary range for this position is $73,000 - $109,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. An annual bonus is available (variable depending on performance).

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise a shift maintenance team to include hiring, training, and developing the team to meet the needs of the department
- Provide safe working conditions for associates and ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed
- Provide technical support regarding routine and preventative maintenance requirements
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment failures
- Repair and rebuild mechanical and electrical equipment
- Monitor the work of external contractors to ensure contract specifications complete work
- Ensure all work is completed by all Federal, state, and Local environmental and safety requirements
Minimum Education
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Advanced vocational or technical training preferred
Experience Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of prior supervisory experience in a similar industry
- Understanding of manufacturing technologies
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical processes and equipment
- Understanding of CMS systems, PMs, and data entry
- Understanding and monitoring KPI's
- Strong communication, math, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of standard software applications
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
Able to move freely throughout the Division facilities to include climbing vertical heights (0 - 150'), carrying tools and equipment (0-100 pounds), exposure to extreme temperatures (0-100 Degrees Fahrenheit), humidity, (0 - 100%), noise (50db to 100db) and chemicals (MSDS sheets available). Must be able to wear protective equipment to include self-contained breathing apparatus. Required to travel to remote Division facilities.
