At the one-year mark, participants step into full-time, front-line supervisory roles while continuing their development through the remainder of the program.
During the second year, and as planned, participants continue developing on-the-job in their current roles and engage in targeted enrichment learning, with a focus anchored in three core areas: learning, mentoring, and career pathing.
This program blends real-world experience with intentional leadership development, preparing participants to take on key roles within the organization. Applications are accepted every fall (August/September) and interested candidates must have graduated within 24 months of applying.
