Summary
Support the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of fleet assets by fueling equipment, performing visual vehicle inspections, and completing minor maintenance repairs. In this hands-on role, you will play a critical part in keeping equipment operational and ready for service by ensuring assets are properly maintained, inspected, and prepared for the next shift. You will work closely with garage leadership and other team members in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, safety, and teamwork contribute directly to operational success. This role is ideal for a dependable, mechanically inclined individual who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining equipment, and is committed to delivering high-quality support to fleet operations.
This position has a target wage of $21.00 per hour, with negotiated increases. Overtime may be available.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4:00pm-12:30am
Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform fueling and repair tasks within reasonable timeframes established by management.
- Maintain constant communication with garage leadership and security guards.
- Complete minor repairs, including but not limited to gladhand seals and light fixtures.
- Perform equipment inspections, including but not limited to tires, trailers, and tractors.
- Complete general maintenance on assigned assets, including cleanliness and daily inspections.
- Ensure equipment is ready for use for the next shift.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
- Position requires walking, climbing, and bending.
- May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
- May be exposed to all types of weather and required to work outside in any weather condition.
