Summary
To fuel assets parked in the yard. Perform visual vehicle inspections and minor repairs to equipment.
Schedule: We-Su 7am to 330 pm
Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform fueling and repair tasks within reasonable times set by management
- Constant communication with Garage Leadership and Security Guards
- Complete Minor Repairs not limited to – Gladhand Seals, Light Fixtures, etc.
- Perform various inspections to equipment not limited too – Tires, Trailers, and Tractor Inspections etc.
- Complete General Maintenance on assigned assets, including but not limited to cleanliness and daily inspections
- Ensure equipment ready for use for the next shift
- Other duties as assigned by Management
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Drivers license
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
- Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
- May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
- May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
- Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
