As a Recruiting Coordinator on the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll manage candidate communication, schedule interviews, book travel, and coordinate logistics to ensure a seamless, timely hiring experience. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized communicator who thrives on supporting recruiters, delighting candidates, and keeping processes efficient in a fast-paced, high-touch recruiting environment.

ScheduleMonday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including invoice processing, calendar management, and reporting.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders as appropriate.

  • Utilize Concur to handle candidate travel bookings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

  • Write, review, and send candidate offer letter packets.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the pre-boarding process, providing updates and answering inquiries.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the application tracking system (ATS).

  • Participate in recruitment-related events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting initiatives, as requested.

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, related field of study or equivalent work experience.

  • At least 1+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, related HR, or administrative role.

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in using application tracking systems and other HR software.

  • SuccessFactors experience.

  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize competing demands.

Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors

  • Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.

  • May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.

  • May need to access files, supplies and equipment.

  • Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
