As a Recruiting Coordinator on the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll manage candidate communication, schedule interviews, book travel, and coordinate logistics to ensure a seamless, timely hiring experience. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized communicator who thrives on supporting recruiters, delighting candidates, and keeping processes efficient in a fast-paced, high-touch recruiting environment.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including invoice processing, calendar management, and reporting.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders as appropriate.
Utilize Concur to handle candidate travel bookings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Write, review, and send candidate offer letter packets.
Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the pre-boarding process, providing updates and answering inquiries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the application tracking system (ATS).
Participate in recruitment-related events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting initiatives, as requested.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, related field of study or equivalent work experience.
At least 1+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, related HR, or administrative role.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in using application tracking systems and other HR software.
SuccessFactors experience.
Effective time management and ability to prioritize competing demands.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
