Summary
Drive the flow of materials that keep operations moving as a Receiving Clerk. In this role, you will accurately receive, inspect, and maintain inventory records for incoming materials, equipment, merchandise, and supplies while ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient stock management. You will partner with warehouse, operations, and vendor teams to support seamless inventory processes that maximize profitability, enhance customer service, and strengthen the company's competitive position while minimizing expenses. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate records and supporting operational success.
Compensation
This position has a target wage of $20.00 - 30.00 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Overtime may be available.

Schedule:1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities
·Accurately control and track physical inventory.
·Maintain the status of orders throughout the entire process.
·Participate in inventory processes and daily audits.
·Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
·Maintain and manage accurate records of the quantity, type, and value of materials, equipment, merchandise, and supplies stocked.
·Maintain receiving schedules.
·Maintain and oversee the inventory database.
·Perform administrative tasks and prepare required reports and correspondence.
·Accurately verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
·Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records.
·Perform other duties as assigned by management.
·Safely operated industrial trucks, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Minimum Education and Experience
·1-2 years of related experience or equivalent.
·Demonstrate commitment to excellence and high standards.

Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
·Utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and use a keyboard.
·Accurately complete detailed forms and reports.
·Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout a full shift.
·Work independently while collaborating effectively with warehouse, production, and quality assurance teams.
·Maintain dependable attendance and flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.
