Summary
Drive engagement and bring our brand story to life through compelling, creative content. As a Creative Content Specialist, you will develop impactful visual and written content that strengthens our digital presence, connects with audiences across social media and digital platforms, and supports key marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and cross-functional teams to create brand-driven campaigns, product launch content, and engaging digital experiences while staying ahead of emerging trends and best practices. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented storyteller who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys turning ideas into engaging content, and is passionate about building meaningful connections with audiences.
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

This position is located onsite at our corporate office or local studio, both based in Salisbury, MD.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Create engaging, on-brand content for social media, digital marketing, and other communication channels to support audience engagement, brand awareness, and marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
Design graphics and visual assets using industry-standard creative software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign, etc.) and other applicable design platforms.
Create engaging digital assets, including website banners, landing pages, product imagery, social media graphics, email creative, digital advertisements, presentations, and other marketing collateral that align with brand standards and business objectives.
Produce and edit short-form video and photography content using mobile devices and light production equipment.
Write compelling, platform-appropriate copy that aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives.
Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, emerging formats, and audience behaviors to identify opportunities for innovative content.
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other creative team members to execute integrated campaigns.
Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external agencies to facilitate creative development for a broad range of marketing campaigns.
Draft and deliver clear, concise briefs outlining end-to-end project initiatives focused on maximizing business results and driving revenue growth.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent related work experience.
0-3 years of work experience.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant creative platforms.
Experience creating short-form video and photography content for social media using mobile devices.
Creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Project management and organizational skills.
Preferred Education and Experience
Familiarity with copywriting and writing in a brand voice.
Knowledge of photography composition, lighting, and basic editing techniques.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment. This position may also sit at the local Studio.
