Summary
Lead transformation that powers our supply chain and drives enterprise success. As the Director of Project Management for Supply Chain, you will spearhead large scale, cross functional initiatives that align with strategic business goals and deliver measurable impact. You will lead complex programs from concept through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and with a focus on operational excellence. This role is ideal for a strategic, results driven leader who thrives on guiding high performing teams, influencing across the organization, and turning ambitious ideas into successful outcomes.
The salary range for this position is $143,000 -$215,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead major enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with complex, cross-functional dependencies, multiple workstreams, and aggressive “can’t miss” deadlines.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable program plans and measurable outcomes.
- Lead and facilitate executive-level steering committees, operating committees, leadership team, and project team meetings.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and action items; consistently look ahead to understand key project handoff points, potential conflicts, and risks that require mitigation.
- Develop and deliver executive level presentation materials as needed on timelines, key risks and issues, and other important topics.
- Utilize best in class project management practices and tools to ensure project controls are in place for seamless project execution across multiple workstreams. Ensure consistent use of PMO methodologies, governance, and project delivery standards.
- Develop and manage project plans, with full understanding of the key work-breakdown structure elements and critical path.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders to ensure alignment and engagement.
- Partner with Change Management team and ensure project is following best practices for ensuring the changes brought on by the project are sustained.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive project/program management experience.
- 15+ years of project management experience in supply chain management related projects.
- 10+ years’ experience leading large-scale transformation projects and programs at a fast pace with 30+ team members delivering significant business benefits.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong executive presence, communication, and emotional intelligence.
- Proven experience building strong relationships at the executive level.
- Proven experience to think strategically and as well as execute at a tactical level where required.
- Proven ability to create quality communication in a short turnaround time (meeting notes, presentations, etc.).
- Fluent in Project Management Platforms and Tools (Microsoft Planner/PPM360, Plainview, Smartsheet or similar system).
- Flexibility to regularly work beyond normal work hours and travel (up to 25%) as the project requires.
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification.
Preferred Education and Experience
- 10+ years of project management in Food & Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries.
- Prosci or equivalent change management certification.
- Experience managing people / other project managers.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
- Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
- May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
- May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
- Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
