Summary

Join our IT Security team and play a critical role in protecting the organization by securing access to systems, applications, and data through modern Identity and Access Management solutions. In this role, you’ll design, implement, and optimize IAM processes that strengthen security, improve efficiency, and support compliance, while driving automation and innovation across access management. As a subject matter expert, you’ll lead provisioning and deprovisioning, oversee identity lifecycle management, role-based access, and Single Sign On solutions, and partner across the organization to ensure secure, seamless access that enables the business to operate safely and efficiently.

This position is fully remote.

The salary range for this position is $73,000 - $109,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Administer and support the identity lifecycle, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Play a key role in efficiently managing user identities and access to privileges across the enterprise.
  • Provide support, guidance, and clarity on the decisions around existing processes and provisioning of account access.
  • Administer IAM/IGA systems, handle provisioning/de-provisioning, troubleshoot issues, and provide operational support.
  • Identify opportunities to automate access management processes and improve efficiency, leveraging IAM/IGA tools.

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in IT and 2 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), IT Security, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and managing Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, such as Okta, Azure AD, or ADFS.
  • Experience with IAM tools such as CyberArk, Okta, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, SailPoint, or IBM Security Identity Governance.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management concepts, including RBAC, MFA, SSO, and identity federation.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM).
  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
  • Okta Certified Professional or similar IAM certification.

Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors

  • Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
  • May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
  • May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
  • Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
