Summary:

Join our team as a Logistics Change Manager and lead the transformation of our supply chain operations. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing change initiatives across logistics, distribution, transportation, and customer service. You will serve as a vital bridge between technology and people, ensuring that new systems and processes—from AI platforms to advanced management systems—are adopted smoothly while minimizing disruption and maximizing employee engagement.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for major initiatives, including Blue Yonder TMS, S/4, Maximo, and AI platform rollouts.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify potential risks, resistance points, and specific training needs for affected teams.
  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to gain buy-in and provide coaching on their roles in supporting change.
  • Design and deliver engaging content across various channels—including newsletters, emails, and intranet posts—to effectively convey changes to associates at all levels.
  • Produce training materials and facilitate workshops or webinars to equip employees with the knowledge needed to succeed in new environments.
  • Define success metrics, track adoption rates, and gather feedback to refine future initiatives and ensure long-term sustainability.

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or project management.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prosci, CCMP, or similar change management certifications.
  • Proficiency in change management frameworks such as ADKAR or Kotter

Skills and factors:

  • Strong ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on creating engaging content for diverse audiences.

Travel:

  • May require occasional travel to other company locations (approximately 20%).

Compensation: 

The salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

In addition to the base salary, Perdue offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/Rx, 401(k) with employer match after 1 year, critical illness, accident insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, optional group life insurance, short-term and long-term disability protection, flexible spending accounts and paid time off.
