Summary
Drive accuracy and operational excellence across our supply chain by leveraging SAP and data-driven insights to manage inventory across 3PL locations. You will oversee inbound and outbound flows, balance inventory, and ensure timely, accurate shipment processing. In this role, you will also monitor and resolve inventory exceptions such as OS&D, QA holds, and aged or mis-rotated products while coordinating daily shipping schedules to align with facility capacity. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving logistics performance and efficiency.
This position has a target wage of $20.72 - $[26.44 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Overtime may be available.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain a balanced inventory at assigned 3PL locations.
- Complete all reported manual inventory adjustments that include overages/shortages, lost/found and damaged inventory.
- Monitor and track all QA held inventory - work with QA teams for disposition.
- Monitor and track aging & mis rotated inventory – work with 3PLs and sales for a plan.
- Work closely with all 3PL inventory/shipping teams.
- Accept additional tasks given by management that could include:
- Order Routing
- Appointment Scheduling
- Completing Shipment Order Changes Directed by Sales
Minimum Education and Experience
- Associate’s Degree.
- 5 years of Logistics/Transportation experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business related field.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
- Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
- May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
- May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
- Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
