Summary

Drive strategic growth and profitability through data-driven insights and pricing excellence as a Revenue Growth Management Manager. In this role, you leverage advanced analytics and modeling to shape pricing strategies, optimize trade investments, and maximize customer value. You will partner cross-functionally to build strong pricing capabilities while serving as a key liaison between Sales and the commercial core team. Translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies, you influence decisions that drive profitable growth. This role is ideal for a collaborative, analytical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is $89,000 - $133,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage processes to optimize profits through analysis of all customer investments to deliver growth opportunities and improve product mix.
  • Manage development, application, and alignment of the Perdue segmentation model and total customer investment model and reporting.
  • Participate in compliance processes to ensure customer trade investments and pricing deliver profitable growth and align with DAPO direction.
  • Transform complex business data into clear visual and verbal insights that support strategic decision making, drive alignment, and communicate performance across the organization.
  • Support development of RGM enablers, including data, systems, processes, and capabilities, to optimize revenue growth across all routes to market and lines of business.
  • Manage RFP pricing processes, including bid development, implementation, compliance, auditing, and total customer investment allocation.
  • Support the annual planning process through development of annual trade promotion budgets by deploying net revenue, trade, and volume targets.
  • Partner with foodservice, wholesale, industrial, international, commodities sales, and sales planning teams to ensure spending is managed within budget parameters.
  • Lead analysis in pricing and cost to serve to drive revenue growth.

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5 years of experience with a strong emphasis on sales and/or analytical roles within a headquarters environment.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, financial management, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Demonstrate strong process management skills.
  • Demonstrate experience analyzing market trends, cost drivers, and competitive dynamics to support commodity pricing strategy decisions.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to motivate teams and foster commitment to achieving performance metrics.
  • Demonstrate leadership development skills and experience working within large team environments.
  • Ability to foster passion and commitment in others, and to motivate teams to achieve performance metrics.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of foodservice and retailer go-to-market strategies and channel dynamics.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, syndicated data, trade promotion management systems, Power BI, and Dataiku/SQL.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Master of Business Administration.
  • Experience supporting process improvement initiatives.

Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors

  • Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
  • May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
  • May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
  • Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
