Summary
Lead reliable, cost-effective execution across our Agri‑Feed platform as Senior Manager of Agri-Feed Execution Planning. You’ll develop and coach the execution planning team while owning contract lifecycle, inventory discipline, and shipment coordination to ensure on-time customer fulfillment. This role suits a collaborative, data-driven leader who excels at cross‑functional alignment, process standardization, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced commercial environment.
The salary range for this position is $114,000 - $170,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Execution Planners responsible for day-to-day contract entry, load execution, shipment coordination, inventory monitoring, and system accuracy across Agri-Feed.
- Establish clear execution standards and performance expectations. Conduct performance evaluations, set team goals, and support individual development plans.
- Promote structured training and cross training to build bench strength and ensure planners independently manage routine execution responsibilities.
- Maintain oversight of overall execution performance across Agri-Feed.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex contract discrepancies, freight disputes, inventory imbalances, credit concerns, service risks, and issues impacting margin or working capital.
- Lead cross functional resolution of high impact or systemic execution challenges.
- Act as the execution link between Agri-Feed leadership, commercial, operations, transportation, credit, and accounting. Support alignment of execution capacity, inventory strategy, and working capital objectives with commercial plans.
- Oversee lifecycle management of purchase and sales contracts to ensure pricing accuracy, freight validation, accrual discipline, and timely reconciliation.
- Monitor open balances, inventory exposure, and AR performance to protect margin and improve cash conversion.
- Partner with Credit and Accounting on new account onboarding, credit reviews, dispute resolution, AR investigations, and backup for collections.
- Ensure planners provide accurate documentation and follow through to reduce aging exposure.
- Ensure effective coordination of transportation, warehouse, and plant execution activities.
- Review shipment plans, monitor inventory positions, and proactively mitigate execution risk.
- Own execution performance within AgTech and related company systems.
- Ensure master data accuracy, proper contract setup, freight and payment workflow discipline, and planner compliance.
- Partner with IT and system owners to support enhancements in AgTech, Syniti, Nintex, and other systems.
- Establish consistent execution processes across Agri-Feed.
- Develop and manage reporting tools related to freight, accessorial charges, incident reimbursements, execution KPIs, and working capital performance.
- Identify automation and workflow improvements to increase accuracy, transparency, and scalability.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agribusiness, Supply Chain, Business, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of related experience.
- Overnight travel required.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
- Able to operate a motor vehicle and travel to and from customer locations.
- Able to move freely about farms and other agricultural areas.
- Exposure to external weather conditions to include rain, snow and extreme temperatures (-15 to 90 Degrees Fahrenheit), humidity, (0 - 100%), and noise (50db to 100db).
- Able to use standard office equipment to include telephones, computers, copiers etc.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
