Summary
We are recruiting for a Senior Paralegal. This position is for an on-site paralegal to assist General Counsel as well as other internal/external counsel with legal assignments, to improve efficiencies and save costs.
The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $126,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for general contract review and drafting.
2. Process information requests/subpoenas.
3. Responsible for corporate document review and drafting.
4. Coordinate legal work and day-to-day tasks with legal administrator and internal/external counsel.
5. Conduct research, investigate facts, and develop legal arguments.
6. Maintain and organize legal files and billing.
7. Regular attendance, effective communication, timely meeting deadlines, ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
REQUIRED: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, plus 5+ years related work experience.
PREFERRED: Corporate and transactional work experience.
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
- Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
- May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
- May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
- Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
