Summary
Drive smarter procurement decisions through the power of data and analytics. As a Procurement System & Data Analyst, you will transform procurement data into meaningful insights that influence sourcing strategies, supplier performance, contract management, and procure-to-pay operations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity, develop impactful reporting and dashboards, and deliver analytics that drive operational excellence, cost savings, and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who enjoys solving complex problems, leveraging data to influence business decisions, and improving processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The salary range for this position is $89,000 - $133,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain procurement data standards, classifications, and taxonomies within core systems.
- Monitor data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in spending, supplier, and contract data.
- Partner with Information Technology and category teams to ensure data integrity across systems.
- Build and maintain procurement dashboards and reporting tools for spending, supplier, and contract analytics.
- Provide regular reporting on procurement key performance indicators, savings, and value delivery.
- Create tailored dashboards for various audiences, from operational users to executive leadership.
- Conduct spending analysis, supplier segmentation, and contract performance evaluations.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform category strategies and sourcing decisions.
- Translate business requirements into consumable data.
- Interpret and prepare data from various sources for analysis and reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy through validation, cleansing, transformation, and structuring activities.
- Convert data into user-friendly dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Partner with Category Managers and Center of Excellence colleagues to provide data and analysis that strengthens decision-making.
- Support cross-functional governance reviews with accurate metrics and performance updates.
- Partner with Information Technology to implement stakeholder analytics and technology solutions.
- Recommend enhancements to analytics tools and reporting processes.
- Train procurement teams on the use of dashboards and interpretation of analytics.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in procurement analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence.
- Demonstrate proficiency with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrate experience with procurement or enterprise resource planning systems, such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or Agiloft.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
- Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
- May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
- May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
- Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
