Summary

As a Strategy Intern, you’ll gain meaningful, hands-on experience over a 10–12-week period, connecting classroom learning to real-world business impact. This position has a target wage of $21.90 - $28.13 per hour, based on graduation year. Overtime may be available.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive market and competitor analysis by utilizing quantitative competitive benchmarking, conducting thorough analysis of market share dynamics, and staying informed on key industry trends, competitive landscape shifts, and customer preferences.
• Assist in the formation and implementation of strategic projects by identifying key root causes, collecting and analyzing data from disparate sources, employing segmentation analytics, and developing quantitative KPIs to track initiative success.
• Develop and refine high-quality presentations and other supporting materials for senior management and the Board of Directors.

Minimum Education and Experience

• This position is open to graduate and undergraduate students.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited university in a relevant field of study. Finance, Economics, Business or other related disciplines.
• Must have a minimum of a 3.25 GPA or higher.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software.
• Must have strong communication skills, including written and verbal.
• Must be able to work independently or in teams.

Preferred Education and Experience

• 3.5 GPA or higher is highly preferred.
• Completed coursework in Finance, Economics, and/or other Business-related discipline.
• Student extracurricular experiences.

Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors

• Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
• May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
• May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
• Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
