Summary
Drive high-impact recruitment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition High-Volume, you will lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations, partnering with Operations, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition leadership to meet critical staffing needs.
This role is ideal for a results-driven recruiter who thrives in high-volume hiring, enjoys mentoring others, and excels at building talent pipelines while balancing strategy and execution. This position is remote with travel to onsite plant facilities.
Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support the execution of high-volume hourly recruiting initiatives across multiple facilities to ensure achievement of staffing targets and business objectives.
Coach and train a team of Associate Recruiters to share best practices, system utilization, process compliance, sourcing strategies, and talent pipeline development.
Develop and follow established recruiting workflows and best practices for high-volume recruiting.
Partner with site operations leaders, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition leadership to understand staffing priorities, hiring forecasts, workforce demands, and talent acquisition procedures.
Develop and support implementation of sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, community outreach, referrals, career fairs, and local partnerships.
Provide reporting to leadership on recruiting activity, applicant tracking system utilization, and performance metrics, including time-to-fill, applicant flow, source effectiveness, recruiter productivity, and hiring conversion ratios.
Analyze recruiting data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased hiring efficiency.
Ensure recruiters maintain a high standard of candidate engagement and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support employment branding initiatives targeting hourly and production talent markets in partnership with marketing and Talent Acquisition leadership.
Develop talent pipelines for critical and recurring production roles to reduce time-to-fill and improve workforce readiness.
Ensure compliance with company hiring practices, policies, and all federal, state, and local employment laws.
Support critical response planning, special projects, and workforce expansion initiatives as assigned.
Elevate non-routine or complex candidate situations to leadership.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent high-volume recruiting experience.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive talent acquisition experience in high-volume hourly, multi-location recruiting environments.
Demonstrated experience executing large-scale hiring initiatives across multiple locations.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems, and workforce planning.
Demonstrated ability to analyze recruiting metrics and leverage data to drive decisions and performance improvements.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with changing priorities.
Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
Ability to travel 30% to plant locations, corporate office, and recruiting events as needed.
Preferred Education and Experience
5 years of talent acquisition experience in high-volume, multi-location recruiting environments.
3+ years of leadership experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition teams across multiple locations.
Experience supporting manufacturing, production, distribution, logistics, food processing, or similar labor-intensive environments.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
