Summary

Become a key part of our production team as a Debone – Jack Operator! We’re searching for dependable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and take pride in producing safe, high-quality products. In this role, you’ll support our deboning process by operating a Jack machine to accurately portion and process poultry product. You’ll work closely with the production line, helping to ensure consistency, efficiency, and top-tier product standards. Typical work may involve handling raw poultry, monitoring equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. If you’re ready to learn new skills, stay focused, and support a strong team environment, we’d love to have you on board!

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:15am-5:00pm

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Work at various stations along the production line processing poultry food products.

· Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

· Inspect poultry products for quality and consistency.

· Package and label finished products accurately and efficiently.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold food safety standards.

· Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.

Preferred Education and Experience

· High School or equivalent is beneficial but not required.

Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors

When in a plant environment:

· Ability to tolerate exposure to wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces.

· Ability to stand for an extended period and perform repetitive tasks.

· Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs by reaching, bending, and pushing boxes.

· Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and ear protection as required.

· May work in an environment with varying temperatures between 28 degrees and 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

· May handle products varying in temperatures between 25 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit.

· May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db to 110 db.

· May be exposed to dust, feathers and all chemicals used in poultry, food, processing facility.

· Occasional exposure to carbon dioxide vapors 10ppm and chlorine less than 20 ppm.
