Summary

Join our team as a Cooler Worker and play a vital role in keeping product moving efficiently through our operation. In this role, you’ll support the Weigh and Price cooler by pulling racks, loading baskets, staging products, and feeding conveyor lines to ensure smooth, steady flow. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and being an essential part of the production process, this is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact.

This position has a target wage of $20.50 - $22.95 per hour, with negotiated increases. Overtime may be available.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2:30pm-11:00pm

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Move racks to designated area within the Weigh & Price cooler.

· Place packaged products on production line conveyor belt.

· State necessary product in preparation for production line.

· Load baskets of products.

· Maintain a work area that is clean and safe.

· Participate in the company and departmental safety programs.

· Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Minimum Education and Experience

· Ability to work as a team player is essential.

· Attendance is an essential function of this job.

· Read product labels in English.

Preferred Education and Experience

· High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial but not required.

· Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors

· Required to work in the cooler for the duration of the shift.

· Ability to make repetitive motion movements using arms, hands and wrists for an entire shift.

· Ability to stand the entire shift and use the hands, wrists and arms repetitively. Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.

· The work environment is wet, cold and noisy. The level of noise varies from moderate to extreme. Ear protection is provided.
