Summary

Drive inventory accuracy and operational excellence as a SAP/CFS Scanner in our production environment. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory transactions and product movement throughout the facility, helping ensure customers receive the correct products and orders are fulfilled seamlessly. You will partner with production, shipping, and sales teams to support efficient operations, inventory integrity, and exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and takes pride in supporting a high-performing team.

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 10:00pm - 7:00am

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Accurately scan boxes or bins of finished product into the correct inventory location using scanning equipment.
  • Accurately scan raw materials and packaged materials in and out of the work-in-process location using scanning equipment.
  • Accurately scan finished product from coolers to the correct customer and transfer order.
  • Maintain 3 or fewer occurrences.
  • Comply with counseling and performance expectations associated with the scanning position.

Minimum Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong reading, communication, math, writing, and analytical skills.

Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors

  • Work in a plant environment with exposure to wet and moist floors, including metal and plastic grating surfaces.
  • May be exposed to temperatures from 28°F to 100°F with ambient and up to 100% humidity.
  • May handle products from 25°F to 50°F.
  • May be exposed to noise levels ranging from 50 dB to 110 dB.
  • May be exposed to dust, feathers, and chemicals used in a poultry food processing facility.
  • Wear and use protective and safety equipment as directed by the Company.
  • May have occasional exposure to carbon dioxide vapors up to 10 ppm and chlorine levels below 20 ppm.
  • Stand for several hours.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs., reach, bend, and push boxes on a conveyor assembly.
