Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Digital Content & Data Analyst to support the back-end management of consumer data and digital content. This role will help structure, tag, and organize content so that our marketing and brand teams can easily use it across websites, e-commerce, CRM, and social platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys organizing information, working with digital tools, and learning how consumer data fuels personalized brand experiences.

The salary range for this position is $56,000 - $83,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Content Organization
    • Support the design and implement taxonomies, metadata frameworks, and content tagging systems to support digital campaigns, products, e-commerce, CRM, and omnichannel marketing.
    • Maintain a consistent structure for digital assets across platforms (web, social, retail media, CRM, DTC) so content is easy to find and reuse.
    • Maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring content is properly named, tagged, and stored.  Manage digitization of historical files and assets.
    • Support day-to-day content uploads and updates in content management systems (CMS).
  • Tagging & Metadata
    • Tag and categorize content with consumer, product, and campaign details.
    • Follow established tagging standards and contribute ideas for improving organization.
    • Assist in auditing content libraries to ensure tags are up to date and accurate.
  • Data Support
    • Help track how content is being used across channels (e.g., web, CRM, retail media).
    • Support basic consumer data organization tasks, ensuring information is clean and usable.
    • Partner with team members to keep data aligned with business needs.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with marketing, creative, and IT teams to support content needs.
    • Provide quick, organized access to digital assets for campaigns and projects.
    • Learn and apply best practices in content management and consumer data organization.

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in marketing operations, digital content, data entry, or related internships preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools such as CMS, DAM (Digital Asset Management), or CRM platforms (experience a plus, training provided).
  • Interest in consumer data, digital marketing, and content organization.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and collaborative.

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. May need to access files, supplies and equipment.  Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
